We went to Lake Powell with Bracken's family. We left Hayes with my parents and took Kamri. She's a pretty smart girl already realizing that she got to go to lake powell since she refused to take a bottle. Lake Powell was so nice, the weather was perfect. The water was a little cold at times but then again I'm a bit of a wuss when it comes to cold water.
Our camera "fell" in the water (inside of Bracken's pocket) so I didn't get many pictures of Lake Powell but thankfully after drying out for a few days our camera still works!
So the only pictures I got were of Bracken fixing the houseboat toilet leak. Yuck.

I wake surfed also but that was after the camera took a dip. We also tried the air chair. It was hilarious watching Bracken going up and down like crazy and crashing. I wish I had video of that. I tried it and got up once and fell on my side. It hurt like crazy! Maybe I'll try it again next year if we have it again.
Besides the great weather, playing the water and having no worries for a whole week, I also love staying up late at lake powell and talking to everyone. For some reason it seems like we all get a little loopy at night and everything is funny.

Glad you guys had fun! Too bad Kamri didn't take the bottle, but it seems you had fun anyway. She is just the cutest chunkiest baby ever! I love it! Oh guess what.....Im coming to Utah for a brief moment. I will be up north from Oct. 8th-10th. Hope we can meet up!
Oh that looks like tons of fun! I love Lake Powell! Glad that you were able to go with both of the kids we had our little boy Ian out boating at 4 weeks -he loved it -he slept the whole time to the rocking of the boat. Loved watching the wake surfing I have heard about it but sadly have never seen it -looks like a blast!
The wake surfer looks so fun! I think my sister said my dad bought one, but I haven't ever been on it...this makes me want to go on a lake trip! You guys have such cute kids!
