Free Family Fun Part II

We visited the Silverton Hotel & Casino, and it is connected to the Pro Bass Shop. Craziness. Right when you walk in the casino entrance there is a huge aquariam tank that was really fun to watch the sharks, sting ray and other fish swim around. Then walking through the bass shop there were so many stuffed (real) animals that it was like going through the Natural History museum, execpt for it was free and surrounded by merchandise. The stuffed lions were really cool. I can't even remember everything they had. A huge giraffe, monkeys, bears, deer, elk...

There was also a pond, surrounded by rock, looking at it you'd think you were outside, but then right past it is a casino...only in Vegas.

The Rock walls aroudn the pond went up two stories. There were ducks and huge fish in the pond. Ha, I guess you could just go out and see this in nature...but there is just something so refreshing seeing it next to a casino and a room full of merchandise for sell..just kidding but it was impressive.

The same night we went to the Silverton we stopped at the Ethel M Chocolate factory. We were there for a total of 10 minutes. We got there at 5 p.m. so no one was working the chocolate machines or passing out chocolate. They did have a cactus garden outside but not really a great place to have Kamri trying to pick flowers :). We'll have to try that place sometime during the day.
