Naptime

All three of my kids took a nap today, at the same time, for TWO hours.
It was a naptime miracle. It was so quiet I wandered around the house deciding if I should be productive or read so I did a little of both.
Last night Hayes & Kamri thought it outrageously unfair that Lyla got to stay up later than them. Although I was just going to put her down after I sang to them, I mentioned that if they took two naps a day they could stay up past their bedtime too. Thinking there was no way they would want to take naps. So today when I put Lyla down for her second nap I offered that deal to them. If they took a nap now they could stay up a little past their bedtime. Kamri asked me to rock her to sleep and Hayes laid in his bed. Hayes woke up after about an hour then came and slept on my bed for the last hour so he could say he had two naps.
They got to stay up tonight until a whopping 8:30 instead of 8:00. They stay up until 8:30 all the time because we are slow getting them to bed but they must not realize that. Sometimes having kids with little or no concept of time is a great thing!

My FLT: I asked Hayes if he knew what dynamite was. "Yes, but I call it TNT because I can't say die-no-min-tah"
