Sunday

Too lazy to get my computer up and running so typing on my phone. Which really might be more effort...
Had a good day at church
Took a nap with Kamri, I tricked her into it by asking her to cuddle with me in my bed and somehow we both fell asleep. It was wonderful.
Discovered today that Lyla's fifth tooth broke through today. Bottom left, so she has three on bottom and two up top. She army crawls fast now, has a radar for an scrap of paper or crumb within a 20 ft radius and it goes straight in her mouth.
Played Zingo and Sorry Sliders as a family. Which was fun even though Hayes was soo disappointed that he came in last in Sliders (translation: threw a huge fit).

My favorite line from today was during primary they were talking about choices and asking what could be a consequence if you were mean to your sibling. One girl dramatically said "you have to go sit on the STAIRS!" and Hayes told the teacher repeatedly that EVERY choice has a Consequence. He's heard that a lot somewhere...hmmm
Being in primary can be pretty entertaining but sometimes I am holding my breath when Hayes or Kamri starts to talk. You never know what's going to come out!

Quote for Sunday

"In today's world we must provide quiet, reflective times for our children and teach them how to listen to the still, small voice. With all the blessings our modern age has given us, let us not give up the things that promote the workings of the Holy Ghost: time alone to pray, ponder, meditate, and read the scriptures; and time with family undisturbed by noise, distractions, and too many activities."
-Elder Neil L. Andersen of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles
